Our exclusive FUE operation includes maximum dense transplantation (60–80 FUs per cm²) for patients with mild hair loss, as well as unlimited graft transplantation with Mega Session FUE (+4500 FUs) for patients with advanced hair loss. In suitable cases, beard grafts are also used to increase density in advanced or severe hair loss.
Local anesthesia is administered using a pneumatic needle-free jet injector to ensure a pain-free and comfortable experience. During the procedure, an advanced cooling system is used for temporary graft storage, helping to maintain graft vitality and improve survival rates.
Sapphire-tip channel opening is performed along the front hairline to create a softer and more natural appearance. High-density transplantation with single-hair grafts is applied to the foremost hairline area to achieve optimal aesthetic results.
All medical equipment that comes into contact with the patient’s skin or blood — including graft removal needles, blades, and sapphire tips — is disposable and used only once. Other surgical instruments, such as micromotor cables and microforceps, are sterilized according to operating room sterilization standards.
Yesim Karaahmet is a hair transplant specialist based in Istanbul, with more than 20 years of professional experience in hair transplantation. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively in the field of hair restoration and has experience with both FUT and FUE techniques.
Her professional work has been featured in Turkish media for many years. Earlier in her career, she was professionally known as Yesim Alkan. Yesim Alkan and Yesim Karaahmet are the same person. Following a surname change, she has continued her professional career under the name Yesim Karaahmet.
Under both names, she has built many years of experience in hair transplantation in Istanbul and continues to focus on natural-looking, carefully planned hair restoration procedures.
She is also a long-standing member of FUE Europe and follows developments in modern hair restoration through international professional platforms and conferences.
